At Luxury Wall Panel Beds, every item is handcrafted and made to order with exceptional care and attention to detail. Our goal is to ensure that each piece reflects your vision and meets our high standards of craftsmanship.
Bespoke & Made-to-Order Items
Because all of our beds and wall panels are custom-made to your specifications, we are unable to offer refunds or exchanges once an order has been confirmed and production has begun.
This policy is in line with consumer protection laws for bespoke and personalized goods.
Cancellations
Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase for a full refund. After this period, production begins and cancellation will no longer be possible.
Damaged or Faulty Items
In the rare event that your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery, providing clear photos and a description of the issue.
Our team will assess the situation and arrange for a repair, replacement, or partial refund as appropriate.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once a refund is approved, it will be processed automatically to your original method of payment.
Please allow up to 5–10 business days for the refund to appear on your account, depending on your payment provider.
