 Products

All of our products are bespoke and made to order.
We take great care to display our items as accurately as possible; however, colours, textures, and finishes may vary slightly due to screen settings, fabric batches, or lighting differences.

 

Orders

Once an order is placed and payment is confirmed, production will begin based on the specifications you have selected.
As all products are custom-made, orders cannot be cancelled or amended after 24 hours of purchase.

 

 Pricing & Payment

All prices are listed in GBP (£) and include VAT where applicable.
We reserve the right to adjust prices at any time, but confirmed orders will not be affected.
Payment must be made in full at the time of ordering unless a separate agreement or quote is arranged.

 

Shipping & Delivery

Our standard delivery timeframe is 2–3 weeks, depending on the complexity of your order and delivery location.
Deliveries are handled by our professional team to ensure safe and careful transportation of your bespoke furniture.
Delays caused by external factors (e.g., courier issues, weather, supply chain disruptions) are outside of our control but will be communicated promptly.

 

 Refunds & Returns

All products are bespoke and therefore non-refundable, except in cases where items are faulty or damaged upon delivery.

 Installation

If you have selected an installation service, our professional installers will contact you to arrange a suitable date.
It is your responsibility to ensure the room is accessible and ready for installation on the agreed date.
